Our History

The Mitchel Lincoln family of companies has maintained a family-oriented approach since its inception. Every individual associated with Mitchel Lincoln embodies a unique and agile team spirit, reflecting the family-inspired values in all their endeavors.

Established in Montreal in 1965, Mitchel Lincoln Packaging was guided by Mitch Garfinkle for forty years, who embraced a hands-on management style and an open-door policy. He considered the company and its employees an extension of his family, truly embodying the essence of a family-run business. Even today, we uphold Mitch’s philosophy by striving to remain adaptable, innovative, and competitive in sustainability, quality, and technology.

Our Values and Goals

Customer Experience

At Mitchel Lincoln, our mission is always to meet our customers’ demands. Since 1965, we have been proud to offer exceptional customer service by promptly handling all requests and providing honest answers.

All our departments work together to stay available and proactive in meeting everyone’s needs. Our main objective is to be a specialized resource in the field of corrugated packaging, assessing each person’s needs to better understand and propose the right product.

Our word is our bond

Our words carry weight, and it is essential for every Mitchel Lincoln employee to honor our word. We keep our promises and commitments because we take responsibility for our actions. By respecting our employees and customers, we establish long-term trust relationships. By offering our word, we contribute to everyone’s stability and grow together as a company and individuals.

Environmental Leadership

We aim to take positive actions to continue producing corrugated packaging responsibly. For the well-being of living beings, it is imperative to limit our environmental impacts, preserve our ecosystems, and use natural resources sustainably. We use recycled fibers and implement internal procedures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from our buildings.

Work as One Team

Here, we do not work in silos! We work with a common goal: to provide exceptional service to our customers. We ensure that every team member feels heard so that they can thrive in a friendly work environment. We strengthen relationships between departments and factories through communication and activities.

Think and Act Like an Owner

With us, every team member is encouraged to innovate and improve their daily work. Every task is an opportunity to reflect and bring more efficient processes during work shifts. Thinking and acting like an owner is a value that allows each individual to grow internally and enables us as a company to be more creative, agile, and efficient.

Our team is Our Family

As a family business, our employees are our priority. Their safety and health are important to us. To this end, we implement preventive measures to address risks: by taking care of workplace safety, ensuring everyone’s psychological health, and optimizing the work environment to promote a healthy work shift. Our goal is to eliminate hazards while ensuring the happiness and fulfillment of every member of the large Mitchel Lincoln family.
