Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other combination of experience and education deemed equivalent;
  • Experience in a similar position (an asset);
  • Bilingualism, French and English, oral and written;
  • Market and business development skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong sales skills and excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to relate easily to people.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Manager develops and maintains a business partnership with customers in order to build long-term mutual trust. The Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Prospecting the market to identify and develop new business opportunities;
  • Continuously update customer files in the database;
  • Ensure constant follow-up with our partners regarding sales, inventory management and various requests;
  • Write quotations and finalize sales contracts;
  • Work in close collaboration with the sales team, quotes, samples, computer graphics, customer service, shipping and quality assurance;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
